Harrells Christian Academy students had the unique experience of seeing stars thanks to the UNCW Science and Mathematics Education Center. The portable STARLAB portable planetarium was set up in the gymnasium for students to view.
The planetarium allowed students to view stars, constellations, and planets seen in the night sky. Many students were excited about crawling through the tunnel to view the stars. Christian McLaughlin, a ninth grade student said this about the planetarium: “It was really fun!
